Terms and Conditions

Top1000Webs.com is a site where you can place a link to your
website.
o
When
you buy your place in Top1000Webs, it means you are paying to
publish your image/logo with its link to your website in The Top
1000 Websites of the World.
o

$ 100.00
x space x year.
1 Space = 1 Block
= 40 x 40 px.
Make your
choice
o You
are granted the right to submit your logo or image and link of
your website which will then be published on our homepage in the
respective space you have paid for.
o
Each
Space must be 1 image/logo linked to 1 website, this means 1
Space equals 1 Link.
o
Your
space will remain online in Top1000Webs for 1 year. Once the
year are over, you may choose to renew the positioning of your
web. The price will be the same as that when you join in.
o You
can change the image and/or link twice for free, further
changes will be billed at your subscription fee.
o If
your website is selected for The Top 1000 Websites of the World
and published, there are no refunds.
o No
obscene/offensive images/links will be accepted, and
Top1000Webs will decide what is appropriate for the site.
o If
for whatever reason in the future you want your image and link
removed from the homepage and you don't provide another one
within a month, your site on Top1000Webs.com will be
terminated.
o Images
can have no more than 40 x 40 px.
o
Images
must be in GIF, JPEG or PNG format, and can not be animated.
o
Links
must be for web pages only.
o You
are responsible for the image and link of the website you
submit, and you must have the authority to provide them.
o
Funds
must be fully received and cleared before your space is posted
on the homepage.
o There
might be occasional downtime for site maintenance but
Top1000Webs will keep these to a minimum (99,9% online time).
o
Once
you have ordered and the funds have cleared in Top1000Webs
account, we will get your space online within 72hrs.
o
If
your website is accepted it means that you accept these Terms
and Conditions.
o
When
your website is posted on our homepage, you may include the Top1000Webs logo
in your site.
